ESR & Workforce Information Officer

Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity available for an ESR and Workforce Information Officer to join our team.
You will proactively manage the security and maintenance of the ESR system and assist in its development, in accordance with current HR/Finance/Payroll policies and procedures.
You will provide a range of ESR data reports and respond to ESR queries, often being the first point of contact for managers and will be expected to establish good working relationships with key internal and external contacts, advising on all aspects of the ESR Workforce Information team processes in accordance with local policy and guidelines.
Main duties of the job
1. General office duties to include photocopying, dealing with telephone enquiries, emails and enquiries on a face to face basis, and filing paper records to the agreed departmental standards.
2. Order department stationery, liaise with Information Technology for technical issues and report general office maintenance requests to ISS as and when required.
3. Prioritise all incoming work on a daily basis, responding quickly, appropriately and communicating clearly in relation to urgent / important issues.
4. Any other duties may be required from time to time and which are commensurate with the grade of the post.
