Job summary

Were looking for a dedicated, highly motivated individual who can work as part of our existing Server and Storage team to support to the whole organisation, including 2 Ambulance Emergency Operations Centres
You will be the escalation point between the IT Service Desk and the Server and Storage team, dealing with calls in the first instance and escalating to other team members where required
There will be opportunities to be involved with ad-hoc project work, as and when necessary
You should have in depth experience of Active Directory, Entra ID, Office365, Hyper-V virtualisation, Clustering, Citrix and Dell and HP server hardware. Knowledge of SQL, IIS, DNS, DHCP would be advantageous too, as would a broad knowledge of networking concepts

Main duties of the job
The OTE starting salary for this post is £29970. You must be prepared to take part in the teams out of hours on call rota, for which attracts an additional percentage depending on frequency, in addition to overtime earned as a result.
**IMPORTANT NOTE**Applications will only be considered from those will a full UK Driving Licence.
Applicants will either work from our HQ in Brierley Hill or Stafford HUB.
