An exciting opportunity has become available for Clinical Team Mentors to join our well established team at Stafford HUB.
Applicants must be HCPC Registered Paramedics with a minimum of 12 months post qualification experience & must have completed their NQP consolidation & portfolio sign off (if applicable) - evidence of this will be required along with a WMAS / University based named mentor experience / qualification.
The Clinical Team Mentor is primarily responsible for ensuring an excellent patient experience and clinical outcome is afforded to patients of WMAS NHS Trust Emergency Service. The post-holder will develop the concept of Clinical Mentorship within their division to ensure that all Operational Staff are supported through means of observation and evaluation and are astute to their clinical responsibility and patient outcome. Through means of application and imparting knowledge keep operational staff abreast of changes to Clinical, Key Performance Indicators and Pathways.

If this position involves a regulated activity it will require an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service check. The disclosure will, where appropriate to the role, include information against the Independent Safeguarding Authority barred lists for working with children, adults or both
Where a Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check is required for the post, all applicants are required to cover the cost of the check. The cost of £55.76 for an enhanced check is payable to our online provider at the time that the DBS application is submitted.
