***Preference will be given to internal Trust staff, as well as 'Priority' and 'At Risk' status including NHS At Risk staff throughout Devon who are able to display recent relevant experience as dictated by the Person Specification***
Main duties of the job
- To provide a professional, effective, flexible and business focused Human Resources advisory service to Managers by way of telephone, email and face to face advice throughout the Trust.
- To provide effective support to Managers and staff and advise on terms and conditions, HR policies and all matters relating to the employment of staff.
- To provide administrative support to the HR team as required.
- Working under the guidance and support of the Senior People Advisor, handle an operational case load including both informal and formal cases in order to provide an effective HR service.
- To support the delivery of the Trust's People strategy.
