Main duties of the job

  • To provide a professional, effective, flexible and business focused Human Resources advisory service to Managers by way of telephone, email and face to face advice throughout the Trust.
  • To provide effective support to Managers and staff and advise on terms and conditions, HR policies and all matters relating to the employment of staff.
  • To provide administrative support to the HR team as required.
  • Working under the guidance and support of the Senior People Advisor, handle an operational case load including both informal and formal cases in order to provide an effective HR service.
  • To support the delivery of the Trust's People strategy.
