Job summary
An opportunity has arisen within the Acute Medicine service line for a Clinical Administration and Rota Manager post. The role will provide clinical rota's and the management of them to various medical teams across the service line.
The successful candidate will also line manage and support the Cluster Group Coordinator in there role, ensuring that they and the wider admin team achieve appropriate standards of work and deliver a seamless high quality service to patients and clinical teams is achieved which will enable the delivery of all access, quality and performance standards.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will be responsible for the overall medical staffing management of the medical staffing rotas across the speciality rotas and will be responsible for management and co-ordination of the work of the clinical office.
