Job summary
To assist the eRostering Coordinators in the implementation of the rostering project programme ensuring that they meet the needs of the organisation across all staff groups and departments.
Reporting to the eRostering Team Leader, the post holder will support the team ensuring all Workforce data is efficiently input and verified on to the eRostering System and matches all data held within ESR.
This will involve working closely with all staff Trust wide and act as first line support for all end users
Preference will be given to internal Trust staff, as well as 'Priority' and 'At Risk' status including NHS At Risk staff throughout Devon who are able to display recent relevant experience as dictated by the Person Specification
Main duties of the job
- Adding all new UHP new starters to the eRostering system to include substantive staff, student.
- To provide Employee online advice and guidance where required.
- Updating all ESR changes within the eRostering system
- Supporting end users with login difficulties
- Support end users with basic system functionality
- Support end users to accurately update annual leave entitlements
- Update all temporary staff numbers in line with Payroll dates
- Populate rosters as directed by the eRostering Coordinators
- Prioritise the mailbox using the coordinators advice
- Provide accurate input of confidential and complex information relating to staff and posts including terminations, amendments and variations to terms and conditions of service onto the eRoster system
- To act as a point of contact for payroll enquiries related to e-Rostering systems and liaise with Payroll on matters affecting employee pay including starters, changes, and leavers
- Support the creation of e-roster eLearning packages
- Provide administrative support to the benefits realisation programme of e-Rostering System and additional workforce information projects
- Provide administrative support to all e-Rostering System related projects
- Manage departmental telephone calls in a diplomatic and helpful manner as first point of contact
- Carry out administration tasks for the eRostering Team as appropriate, this includes collating information, basic presentation skills and data quality
