Join Ward 34, a 24-bedded unit within the Medical Division specialising in the care of respiratory patients. We are seeking Registered Nurses who are committed to delivering the highest quality patient care within a supportive, multidisciplinary team environment.

Main duties of the job

As a Registered Nurse on Ward 34, you will:

  • Support the Ward Leader/Deputy Ward Leader in the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care.
  • Take responsibility for the day-to-day care of patients, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and expertise.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and implement safe and effective discharge processes.
  • Actively participate in maintaining the ward's excellent standards of care, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Take ownership of your professional development by attending mandatory training and engaging in self-directed learning.
