Clinical Support Worker

Job summary

Join our dedicated team on Ward 25, a children and young people's ward, including a Children's Assessment Unit and High Dependency beds. As a Clinical Support Worker, you'll work under the guidance of Registered Nurses to provide compassionate, personalised care to patients aged 0-18.

Your role will be hands-on, supporting patients with daily living activities, assisting with observations, maintaining hygiene, and ensuring the ward runs smoothly. You'll also contribute to a safe, welcoming environment, helping families feel supported while working as part of a skilled multidisciplinary team.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about children's healthcare, eager to learn, and committed to delivering high-quality care. Flexible full- or part-time hours are available, and you'll have opportunities for training and professional development within the NHS framework.
