Job summary

Rota Coordinators play a crucial role in ensuring that we have the right medics in the correct place at the appropriate time, thereby guaranteeing our patients receive the excellent care they deserve. We are searching for a diligent, self-assured individual who can multitask, work under pressure, and provide a high level of customer service to join our team, with the aim of maximising the support we offer to all departments within the Trust.

If you possess a solid understanding of the medical workforce, a keen eye for detail, a strong working knowledge of Excel and electronic systems, and are motivated to succeed, we would be delighted to hear from you.

The Rota Coordinator Office operates seven days a week with the following opening hours:

  • Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 17:00
  • Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays (on a rotational basis): 08:00 - 12:30

This position will cover a range of shifts on a rotational basis to ensure coverage during these hours.
