Job summary
You have a unique opportunity to be part of a passionate, professional and dedicated team who are focused on creating a positive journey for all patients that are seen within the Trauma & Orthopaedics Service.
The work is fast-paced and challenging but very rewarding. Your experienced colleagues will provide you with a robust training programme that will help you build the skills, knowledge and confidence that you need to become a successful Patient Pathway Co-ordinator Support.
Main duties of the job
- Supporting the PPC team.
- Answering telephones.
- General admin duties including photocopying, and filing.
- Booking and re-arranging appointments if required.
- Monitoring a shared inbox.
- Typing clinical letters if required.
- Tracking in and out case notes if required.
