Job summary
A development post would be considered entering at Band 5 or Annex 21 (Dependant on Experience) and we would support you to go through the necessary apprenticeship in your role.
The post holder will undertake a broad range of duties to support the design, development and delivery of organisational development, engagement, and improvement activities across the Trust and wider healthcare system to help improve our culture and patient care which makes SFH a great place to work.
Responsible for leading on the technical operationalisation and analysing the NHS Staff Survey, national quarterly staff pulse surveys and working closely with the HR Business Partners to engage with and provide advice to managers and staff on the staff survey engagement results. Developing appropriate interventions to support the development of teams and individuals in response to a range of cultural insights across the organisation.
Main duties of the job
To support the review of staff surveys and to address the findings to increase standards and engagement participation in future years.
To support the development of action plans and provide OD skills and bespoke interventions into key areas as identified through key cultural surveys, transformation and improvement programmes.
To lead on the operationalisation processes and celebration of long service of SFH colleagues across the Trust in partnership with the Trust communications team and other relevant peers.

- Up to date knowledge of training, delivery and organisational development
- Current knowledge of a range of OD theories and methodologies
- IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Demonstrate understanding of acute hospital culture, systems and processes

- Knowledge of NHS IT systems eg ESR
