The ICS OD & Improvement Delivery Group is a strategic group within the People and Culture Board of the ICS, with the aims of embedding a culture of continuous improvement, civility, kindness and respect across the Nottingham and Nottinghamshire ICS. It aims to build leadership, OD and Improvement capability and capacity, whilst being responsive to intelligence gained from sources such as Freedom to Speak Up Guardians, staff survey findings (system themes), appraisals and Personal Development Plans.
Working with system partners, the post holder will lead on the establishment of a Culture and Improvement Intelligence Hub, envisioned to become a knowledge repository where qualitative and quantitative data from across the system will be gathered and interpreted into usable culture and improvement insight.
