Job summary
The Nottinghamshire ICS are looking to recruit a core team of vaccinators that will lead the way with administering vaccinations to the general public of Nottinghamshire.
As a Registered Health Care Professional working in immunisations, the post holder will work as part of a dynamic team in delivering a safe and effective service for the mass delivery of vaccinations for both influenza and the COVID-19 vaccine(s). The post holder will undertake activities such as: clinical assessment, dilution and drawing up of the vaccine from multi-dose vials and post vaccine observations support.
You will be based at one of various sites in either the city of Nottingham, the Mansfield area or going out to Care Homes to vaccinate both Residents and Staff .
We would actively encourage applications from experienced vaccinators and those who can administer vaccines under PGD.

About us
As this is bank work, you will be able to pick and choose the number of days that you work. Shifts will be available in 6 hour blocks between 8-8pm 7 days a week. Regardless of whether you are available to work 6 hours a week or 40 hours a week we would love to hear from you, any contribution is welcome. - Current immunisation training / update or willingness to undertake

- Knowledge of immunisation schedules in accordance with national recommendations
- Experience of working as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Practical skills and knowledge of cold chain procedures and medicines management
