Job summary
We have implemented Allocate HealthRoster, an e-Rostering system across all AFC staff groups in the Trust and we are looking to improve and expand our system further. Our aim is to support managers to deploy staff in the most effective way possible and help the organisation to realise the many benefits of eRostering.
We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive, dynamic individual to join our experienced eRostering Team. You will have extensive "back end" knowledge of using Allocate HealthRoster (preferably version 11.1.2 and over) and previous implementation experience across all AfC staff groups. The post holder also needs to have experience in managing projects and delivering rostering benefits to a wide range of stakeholders. The person should have ideally a Masters level degree or equivalent work experience.
Main duties of the job
The eRostering Performance & Implementation Manager will lead on the improvement of rostering and rostering practices across the Trust. Key facts of the role include leading on the implementation of new rosters, communicating rostering benefits to stakeholders, driving efficiency & effectiveness in implemented rosters and improving rostering practices utilising the Trust wide eRostering performance KPI results.
The post holder will directly manage two eRostering advisors, and as a whole, the team will be responsible for monitoring rostering practices and ensuring that HealthRoster is deployed & used optimally across the Trust and make sure a great customer service is delivered by ensuring customer queries are resolved effectively and in timely manner. This role is crucial in supporting the delivery of Workforce goals & eRostering governance / KPIs through expanding and promoting effective the use of the eRostering system and best practice rostering recommendations.
The post holder will be responsible for regular reviews & reporting of HealthRoster performance.
