Job summary

We are inviting applications to international clinical fellow posts in the Critical Care department at King's College Hospital (the department covers both the Denmark Hill and Princess Royal University Hospital sites).These posts are designed for international graduates who have already gained some experience of working within critical care (or have significant experience working within an acute specialty such as anaesthesia,emergency medicine, acute medicine, respiratory medicine, nephrology or cardiology) and wish to move to the UK for the first time, or to further develop their experience within the UK.

Main duties of the job

Doctors appointed to our ICF posts come with diverse levels of prior experience and expertise. We have a number of rotas in which we can accommodate doctors, ranging from purely 'in-facing' rotas, where all work is within the ICU, to 'out-facing' roles which involve providing critical care support to patients in the emergency department and wards. Successful applicants are matched to roles which suit their prior experience, and thereare opportunities to rotate between roles when appropriate.
