Job summary
We are looking for an experienced, highly skilled and enthusiastic Clinician to work within our integrated multidisciplinary team providing assessment and management of children aged 0-19 years. The post holder will help to drive the team and deliver high quality care to patients within our team.
Main duties of the job
A clinician with a positive and pro-active outlook is essential. We are a forward-thinking team and welcome new ideas and initiatives to offer the best quality service to the children and families in our service.
The post is open to an experienced Physiotherapist with extensive postgraduate experience of working with children. You will be expected to coordinate the day to day running of a subsection of the Physiotherapy Team who predominantly work with children in mainstream school, liaise closely with the MDT, contribute to service development, and provide supervision to Band 5/6 therapists and therapy assistants where appropriate. Dependent on the successful candidate's experience, the role may extend to supporting Neonatal Care or supporting within a Special School environment.
