East Cheshire Trust is seeking an experienced Facilities Service & Performance Manager with previous NHS experience.
The role requires an enthusiastic individual who prioritise their workload, has excellent communication skills, can lead a team and manage contractors. Able to facilitate services between the hospital clinical and operational staff in respect of service delivery and performance.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with clinical and non-clinical colleagues as well as contracted services, be responsible for monitoring systems and ensure compliance in line with best practice guidance.
37.5 hours per week.

Main duties of the job
As a team player, work collaboratively with colleagues, service providers and external agencies to deliver financially sustainable facilities services, fit for purpose, safe and wholly compliant with relevant legislation and compliance criteria.
Identify service development options to improve existing contractual services and deliver cost efficiencies.
Provide cover for Facilities (Soft FM) as a whole during periods of absence or holiday to provide seamless business continuity.
Monitor the contracted provision to ensure that services are delivered to the specification in safe, timely and expedient manner. The post holder will ensure that the contracts are fully compliant with CQC recommendations, model hospital goals, legislation and statutory compliance. Adhere to Trust policies, actively contribute to initiatives such as CQUIN, PLACE, QIPP initiatives and provide accurate annual ERIC data compilation.
Support Head of Facilities (Soft FM) in ensuring a sustainable facilities service, innovative service development and provide meaningful and comprehensive KPI reporting data thus enabling the department to maximize financial outcomes and improve quality of services when possible, enabling the Trust to fulfil its corporate financial aspirations.
