Main duties of the job
To work as an integral part of a directorate team with particular reference to developing effective people practices, supporting organisational development and addressing employment issues.
To coach, mentor and challenge managers as appropriate, in the application of HR policies and best practice which engages employees, addresses people and employee relations issues and builds people capabilities effectively.
With your expertise in employee relations case management and solid understanding of employment law, you'll oversee the smooth management of casework, ensuring it's handled efficiently and within timescales.
