Job summary

**This position is open to staff working at the Trust in the 'ECT Family' this includes currentEast Cheshire NHS Trust employees,both NHSP and ECT bank staff, ISS staff and volunteers at the Trust. Unfortunately, we cannot accept applications from applicants not listed within these groups.**

The post holder will be part of the Digital Services Team, supporting the Digital Services Programme Manager to deliver the portfolio of IT projects and programmes of work.

Hours per week: 37.5

Main duties of the job

1. The post holder will take forward specific projects and will oversee all aspects of projects using planning, monitoring and controlling processes seeking support and input from other staff as appropriate.

2. The post holder will monitor progress against performance and project targets, identifying where corrective action needs to be taken and escalating issues as required.

3. The post holder will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that key staff members are engaged and able to support project delivery timescales

4. Demonstrate organisational and planning skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and adjust targets when not met.

5. Build and maintain constructive relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that work is co-ordinated and support is provided where it is needed.

Have effective project management skills, including the ability to plan, manage and deliver a portfolio of projects, manage competing priorities and tight deadlines, and work autonomously to drive own work programme.
