Job summary
We are looking to appoint a customer focused and organised team player to join the HR Advisory Team, working 30 hours per week over 5 days. Flexible Working opportunities considered.
The role supports the provision of a professional and efficient HR Team, and contributes to the smooth running of the busy, fast paced department. The post holder will provide general administrative to support to the HR Services teams and will possess good communication and organisational skills. In addition, they will be proficient in the use of computer technology packages e.g. Word, Excel, email and internet and have the ability to work in a fast-paced, friendly environment.
It is essential that the successful candidate is committed to maintaining confidentiality at all times, with an interest in continuous improvement and creative ways of working.

Main duties of the job
Working, at all times, under the supervision of a qualified/experienced member of staff, the HR Assistant will provide general administrative support to the HR Services Team.
The role will support the provision of a professional and efficient HR Team and contribute to the smooth running of the department.
