Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the community dental services as a part time dental receptionist and administrator, supporting the service in delivering a high standard of care to our patients.
The successful candidate will be based at Weston Dental Clinic, Macclesfield, but will need to be able to travel and cover other clinics within the service, when required.

The Community Dental Service is an integral part of East Cheshire NHS Trust, delivering special care dentistry and paediatric exodontia services, to patients by referral.
30 Hours per week
Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide dental reception duties & clerical and administration support to the community dental service, ensuring the service responds within the agreed key performance indicator (KPI) time frames; by processing referrals, making of appointments, monitoring wait lists and general office duties.

- Working towards NVQ level 3 or equivalent
- Further training in dental administration, communication, and reception competencies
