Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity for highly motivated, enthusiastichealth care assistant to join our care community team based in Congleton.The successful candidate will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to use their own initiative and be a keen team player. If you can demonstrate great communication skills, enjoy varied and rewarding work, and have the ability to deliver a high standard of competent, evidence based clinical care we want to hear from you.

Main duties of the job

To contribute and support the delivery of high standard of effective nursing care, as part of a nursing team, in support of and under the direction of a registered professionaleffective care which supports health & wellbeing and promotes self- care where appropriate and possible.
