Are you ready to take your career to the next level?

Whether you're just starting your career or are an experienced therapist looking for a fresh challenge, this is an opportunity to join a dynamic, supportive team that's committed to your growth. We offer more than just a job - we offer a place where you can truly thrive, with hands-on mentorship from clinical experts and exciting opportunities for professional development.

Why join us?

  • Develop Specialist Skills: Take the lead in assessing and managing a diverse caseload of patients with voice/ENT disorders. This is your chance to specialise in voice care while further developing skills in dysphagia and communication disorders.
  • Work in a Collaborative Environment: Become part of a close-knit team where you'll receive regular supervision and have access to expert clinicians for mentoring. Main duties of the job

What will you be doing?

  • Providing specialist assessment, treatment, and management for adults with voice, communication and swallowing disorders, with a focus on ENT.
  • Working autonomously as a dysphagia practitioner and contributing to multidisciplinary care in both hospital and outpatient settings.
  • Engaging in clinical supervision, pathway development, and quality improvement initiatives within the service.

Your work will be split across two sites - Grimsby Hospital and Scunthorpe General Hospital, therefore access to transport is essential as you'll need to travel between sites with equipment.

Who are we looking for?

  • A compassionate, motivated Speech & Language Therapist who is ready to specialise in voice care and grow within a supportive, team-oriented environment.
  • Whether you're a fresh graduate or an experienced therapist, if you're eager to learn, develop, and make a real difference, we want to hear from you!

Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Band 5- Band 6 development role.
