Main duties of the job
What will you be doing?
- Providing specialist assessment, treatment, and management for adults with voice, communication and swallowing disorders, with a focus on ENT.
- Working autonomously as a dysphagia practitioner and contributing to multidisciplinary care in both hospital and outpatient settings.
- Engaging in clinical supervision, pathway development, and quality improvement initiatives within the service.
Your work will be split across two sites - Grimsby Hospital and Scunthorpe General Hospital, therefore access to transport is essential as you'll need to travel between sites with equipment.
