Main duties of the job

AsDirector of Operational Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in delivering our operational goals through strategic transformation and improvement. Working closely with senior site leaders--including the Medical Director and Director of Nursing--you will ensure the achievement of quality, operational, financial, and strategic targets.

You will lead the charge in embedding innovative practices, challenging the status quo, and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement. With a compassionate approach to change, you will support teams through transformation with empathy and clarity.
