Job summary

We work closely with a range of MDT professionals to ensure that our patient's have a positive patient journey.

The successful candidate will be supported in their new role and be given the opportunity to develop their skills in all areas.

Main duties of the job

Working alongside members of the MDT to provide individualised plans of care for patients.
Assessing, creating and following holistically created care plans for patients.
Administering of medications.
Working alongside the existing ward team to create a safe, efficient flow of patients through the department.

Sound clinical skills/knowledge within the specialty or appropriate experience during nurse training
Up to date knowledge of professional issues
