Person Specification

Education and Qualifications

Essential

• oRSA II typing writing skills or equivalent
• oGood level of education/GCSE or equivalent

Desirable

• oNVQ Level 2 in Business Administration/Customer Care or acquired equivalent experience

Occupational Experience

Essential

• oPrevious experience of working in a customer services environment

Desirable

• oExperience of working within a team
• oExperience of working with the general public
• oTime Management Skills or experience of working with a busy/demanding environment
• oExperience of healthcare administrative systems and processes
• oTyping Skills
