This is an exciting career opportunity for a motivated registered nurse to join our occupational health team. This opportunity is open to the right candidate which may be new to the speciality or those nurses who are experienced in occupational health. This is an ideal opportunity for keen nurses wishing to develop in the speciality.

We are a close and supportive occupational health team based across three sites. Our aim is to deliver a high quality service to the staff members at Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS foundation Trust delivering the service as well as some external contracts to local health care providers.

Northern Lincolnshire and Goole Foundation Trust invests in it's workforce in many ways including through occupational health. The service is a significant contributor to the health and wellbeing of the workforce.

Main duties of the job

This job role is suited for a Registered Nurse who has a keen interest in Occupational Health, or is seeking to learn new skills, to join an established OH team.

You will have a positive attitude towards the health and wellbeing of those attending, or contacting Occupational Health for support and advice.

You need to be confident working both autonomously and as part of the wider team and will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, liaising with staff, managers, other departments and other stakeholders on the biomedical campus.

Working within a team of Occupational Health professionals providing a high quality needs based Occupational Health service to all clients NHS and non NHS.

The role will predominantly based on one site however the post is cross site, and you may be required on occasion to work offsite or cross site.
