Job summary

This is an exciting and demanding opportunity to work within the successful e-Rostering team at Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust. The team develops and manages rosters for over 300 clinical and non clinical areas within the Trust and the system is used to pay the majority of staff across three hospitals. If you work well in a team and have a good eye for detail this role will suit you.

Main duties of the job

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting the Implementation & Support team
  • Supporting the delivery of the departments strategic plans and workstreams.
  • Communication strategy through the production of relevant documentation
  • Undertake the rostering support role on a day to day basis
  • Attend meetings and produce meetings and relevant communication
  • Completing any other workstreams support and administrative actions required to support a successful outcome of the strategic plan
  • Provide system administration ensuring accurate maintenance of data within the system, allocation of appropriate user responsibilities and troubleshooting of issues / errors
  • Maintenance of high quality data within the system through data cleansing
  • Support the Service Lead and e-Roster implementation team as required
  • Provide support day to day for users diagnosing and remedying errors or malfunctions where able
  • To provide data on an ad hoc basis as required by Senior Nurses, Divisional Managers, Ward Managers
