Job summary

This role is part-time, two days a week, Monday and Tuesday.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the Estates and Facilities department at Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust, providing support to the Estates Maintenance team. We are looking for an administrator who is hard-working, committed and thrives in a team environment.

You will be required to manage meetings and take minutes, prepare routine activity reports for departmental services, and assist with general administrative tasks for the entire directorate.

Main duties of the job

This post requires a highly organised person with excellent communication skills who will provide effective secretarial and administrative support to the Estates, Capital & Project Management Teams.This will include scheduling meetings, diary management, minute taking and maintaining document control systems.The post holder will be the point of contact for service users and external stakeholders and must have a high level of tact, diplomacy and confidentiality.

Occupational Experience

Essential

  • Experience of working in a busy customer focused office environment
  • Experience of scheduling appointments and diary management
  • Minute taking experience

Desirable

  • Experience of working in the NHS
  • A minimum of 12 months experience in an administrative / secretarial role

Qualifications

  • RSA 3 or Equivalent
  • GCSE A*-C in English & Maths
  • NVQ Level 3 Business Administration
