Job summary
To support with the implementation, development and delivery of The Oliver Mc Gowan training at UHNM on a Bank basis.
As a facilitating trainer you will have a professional or personal knowledge and understanding of learning disability and or autism and are likely to have training experience.
You will work alongside experts with lived experience co-trainers who will be autistic people and people with a learning disability. You will support them to thrive at work.
The training will be co-delivered to help people understand their role in supporting people with a learning disability and autistic people and the difference they can make to improve care. This training will take place both through eLearning (online training), interactive online training sessions and through face-to-face training days.
