Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Staffordshire Children's Hospital @ Royal Stoke for a full time Medical Secretary/Co-ordinator within the Paediatric Respiratory & Allergy Service to provide comprehensive secretarial support to our specialist teams.

Main duties of the job

To provide comprehensive secretarial support to include waiting list management and administrative support to medical and nursing staff. The post holder will assist the medical and nursing team in the day to day running and organisation of the service. The post holder will also have supervisory roles for the support secretaries and administration assistants within the team.
