An exciting opportunity has become available for an Operational Services Manager
The post holder will be educated to degree level or hold an equivalent qualification/experience. The post holder should have management or supervisory experience within the Acute Trust setting. The post holder must be highly motivated, enthusiastic and confident with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a busy workload, work to tight deadlines and manage conflicting priorities.
Main duties of the job
Reporting to the NMCPS Directorate Manager, the post holder will support the NMCPS Management Team in the effective operational management of resources within the Network.
The post holder will be responsible for the Line Management of the Histology Administration Team.
Evidence of key management or supervisory skills is essential and applicants should provide, in the application, examples of how they have used these skills.
