This is an exciting time to join UHNM's People & Organisational Development (OD) Team and we have an excellent opportunity for someone with administrative experience to support the UHNM's wellbeing and engagement activities.

You will be joining a dedicated OD, Culture & Inclusion team that provides support, direction and commitment to the development of our most valued asset, our people - and who are proud to live the Trust Values. Main duties of the job

As ODCI Administrator (Corporate) you will ensure smooth day to day operation of administration processes and supporting the corporate aspects of our work. Fundamental to this role is the co-ordination of UHNM's wellbeing and engagement activities which requires exceptional organisational and planning skills. This includes the co-ordination of 360 reviews and insights profiles for staff development, and the annual Staff Awards.

The post holder will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of training sessions within the Trust's Oracle Learning Management System (OLM) which is part of the Electronic Staff Record (ESR), and generating a wide range of training reports.

  • Educated to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, such a RSA level 3, or possessing equivalent experience obtained through an administration role.
