An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen due to the retirement of the current post holder to lead in the management of the Fresh Hair Wig salon located within the Cancer Centre, Royal Stoke and chemotherapy treatment unit at County Hospital.
The Fresh Hair service provides practical help and support to those affected by Clinical & Medical hair loss.
The post holder must be passionate towards maintaining the high standards of service that have been achieved to date along with the ability to lead by example.

Main duties of the job
To supervise the day to day running of the Trust's wig fitting service, ensuring that the salon's service provides excellent customer care and patient experience including supporting the needs of the clients and their families. Working closely with the Directorate Management Team and external representatives to ensure that the service works effectively.
Essential Criteria;
A recognised qualification in hairdressing to level 3.
Experience in the running of a hairdressing service.
Wig fitting, styling experience.
The ability to support the emotional impact that hair loss has upon service users and staff.
Confidence to advise and liaise with, G.P's and other clinic/external queries.
