Job summary
The post holder will be responsible for the day to day administration of the Trust's salary sacrifice schemes. The hours can be extremely flexible to suit your circumstances and consists of hybrid working both at home and in the office.
Main duties of the job
Being responsible for the National Minimum Wage checks and other pre-approval requirements before the salary sacrifice orders are approved. Communicating with both internal and external individuals with a high level of professionalism, and informing payroll of any amendments to salaries as a result of the scheme.
Ensuring Standing Financial Instructions, best accounting practice and other statutory legislation is adhered to.

Job responsibilities
- Working as part of the Financial Accounts team the post holder will be the Trusts main point of contact and administration lead for the car and home electronic salary sacrifice schemes, including processing new orders and dealing with queries.
- Ensuring all applications do not take the staff members pay below the National Minimum Wage, and all Trust policies are being adhered to in relation to the application.
- The processing of monthly invoices on our finance system (ABS).
- Raising adhoc invoice requests.
- Deal with enquires from Trust staff and managers by telephone, email or in person. Use standard office equipment such as a computer.
- Supporting the wider financial accounts team with any other duties as reasonably required, including:
- assisting in the patient property / lost property process; and
- participation in performing control account reconciliations for the salary sacrifice schemes, undertaking stock takes, and general administration.
