Job summary
- The TLHS Nurse Manager has on-going responsibility for the day to day management of TLHS service, including the assessment process, service improvement initiatives, implementation and evaluation of local and national programme standards and service protocols.
- The TLHS Nurse Manager will facilitate innovative and evidence based nursing practice through professional leadership and supporting the clinical team.
- The TLHS Nurse Manager will act as a credible and professional role model and encourage and empower other staff to develop both personally and professionally and achieve their maximum potential.
- The TLHS Nurse Manager will liaise with all members of the multidisciplinary team and facilitate a collaborative approach to patient care. The Senior Sister/Charge Nurse will report directly to the Responsible Assessor and Project Manager.
Main duties of the job
An opportunity has arisen for motivated Clinical Manager to become part of a highly skilled newly established team. The successful candidate will be office based with the opportunity to work telephone clinics for patients engaged on the Targeted Lung Health Check Programme
