Job summary

We are looking for keen, enthusiastic and dynamic practitioners who feel they have the autonomous skill to provide care to patients in their home. Candidates will be clinically credible ideally having health assessment and non-medical prescribing attributes within their portfolio of practice.

Candidates will join this service in its infancy and so service transformation and development skills will be welcomed alongside strong leadership skills and excellent clinical practice.

Understanding the need for innovative practice and transferable workforce these posts are unique and open to applications from registered nurses, paramedics and therapists.

Main duties of the job

Community Rapid Intervention Service (CRIS) Advanced Practitioner (Nurse/Paramedic/Therapist) Band 8a
