Job summary

An unusual Band 5 opportunity has arisen within the E Rostering team. We are excited to be able to offer the right candidate the opportunity to join this dynamic and progressive team to further enhance the work that is needed to ensure compliance with Key Performance Indicators and efficiencies within the roster system.

Main duties of the job

The main aspects of the role are as follows:

  • You will be trained by the team to understand and use the e rostering system to a high level of technical ability and have enhanced access to the system
  • You will be instrumental in delivering face to face education to ward and department managers
  • You will be able to audit and evaluate the outcomes from the education you have delivered
  • You will be able to present your reports to senior colleagues
  • You will be able to manage and inform around complex queries from e-rostering users
  • You will liaise with internal and external agencies as the role requires and within the realms and confines of information governance
