Job summary
Greville ward are looking to recruit highly motivated, enthusiastic, and organised clinical support workers who are passionate about providing a high standard of ward based care to patients.
We are a trauma Orthopaedic ward and have 3 full time vacancies for Clinical Support Workers. We work a range of shift patterns from long days/early/late and night shifts.
We offer excellent training and will support you in developing new skills and knowledge. As a new starter you will be placed with an experienced CSW who will Buddy up with you and mentor you as you learn about patient care and the routine of the ward. You will be supported and guided to complete your Care Certificate. As you progress we will encourage you to take up opportunities to progress further both personally and professionally.
Main duties of the job
The Clinical Support Worker will undertake high quality, caring and compassionate personal care and associated duties under the direction and supervision of the registered professional and working as part of the multi-disciplinary team.
As a Clinical Support Worker (CSW) you make a valuable and important contribution to the delivery of high quality healthcare in the Trust. Your role is to support the registered professional in the delivery of safe, effective, compassionate care to patients and their relatives. This job description is to be read in conjunction with the person specification for this particular job.
