Job summary
Due to staff progression, we have the exciting opportunity to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated band 5 Nurse for the Urgent Response Team covering Bedworth, Nuneaton, Atherstone and surrounding areas.
As a Nurse you will be caring, compassionate and committed to providing the best service possible to our patients. You will have proven organisational, time management and communication skills and be enthusiastic. You will be a clinical role model and have high clinical standards with a passion to make a difference for patients and staff alike
We provide a structured induction and training period to ensure that all new starters are provided with the opportunity to develop new skills and competence
Main duties of the job
The community staff nurse is a member of the Integrated Health Team, who undertakes professional duties in the client's homes and clinics to ensure provision of high standard nursing care and health promotion. To work across professional boundaries, providing comprehensive health care that is sensitive to the needs of the local population.
