The SWIMS team have an opportunity for an experienced Band 3 Administrator to support their Clinical team
What you'll be doing:
- Working as part of the Therapies Administrative Team to provide a high quality administrative service and excellent customer service
- Responsible for scheduling appointments and maintaining the SWIMS services computerised appointment scheduling system (Lorenzo).
- Involvement in discussions within the specialty in changes to clinics or procedures.
What you'll need:
- Successful candidates will need to have a minimum of 2 years administrative experience in a customer/patient facing role and will have excellent communication skills.
- Be able to communicate with patients, Physiotherapy staff, Consultants, G.P's and other healthcare professionals to maintain an efficient and professional service.
- Confidence to relay information and following up as necessary ensuring that all enquiries are handled with tact, diplomacy and using sound judgement to determine the appropriate action.
