Post holder can be based at Coventry, Solihull or Warwickshire
Solihull 0-19, Warwickshire 0-5, and Coventry Family Health and Lifestyle Services are currently seeking a Digital and Health Promotion Assistant to join their team.
The role will require a highly motivated and creative individual to help increase engagement and awareness of services offered by the organization.
As a Digital and Health Promotion Assistant, you will be responsible for creating engaging content for digital platforms such as social media and websites.

Main duties of the job
To raise awareness of the Solihull 0-19, Warwickshire 0-5 and Coventry Family Health and Lifestyle services through engagement with both internal and external stakeholders.
To support the teams in developing and improving face to face and digital interaction.
To provide comprehensive, efficient and responsive promotional support.
Helping to ensure Trust values and organisational targets are met by providing support on several initiatives.

Providing support updating and maintaining all websites as required by service leads.
Monitoring the services social media accounts and pre-planning content for these channels.
Responding to general queries and escalating to senior leads where necessary.
Researching and developing innovative new methods of communication.
Supporting the creation of all online content including creation of video materials.
Assisting in the production of internal and external newsletters.
Responsible for organising and running health promotional activities.
Developing and presenting reports on the effectiveness of face to face and digital promotion.
Ensuring all communication and engagement is inclusive.
Liaising with the communication teams to ensure content is appropriate for all audiences and adheres to the Trusts Social Media Guidelines Policy.
To be a point of contact and have knowledge of variety of services.
To provide a comprehensive and efficient service promoting all services without direct supervision, referring complex queries to the appropriate person.
Communicate with partners, stakeholders and groups ensuring updates are received/disseminated in a timely manner.
Arrange meetings and liaise with relevant attendees to ensure actions are completed in a timely manner.
Remain adaptable and changeable to the service and organisational needs.
Knowledge and use of digital platforms and means of communication e.g. Skype, Microsoft Teams, Zoom.

Support the day-to-day promotional activities of department.
Prioritise workload to ensure the provision of a high-quality service, whilst maintaining standards.

Communications and Working Relationships
Providing higher level of administrative support to members of the senior team including organising meetings, diary management, taking and transcribing minutes, preparation of letters, memos, reports etc. from copy material or verbal requests.
Deal with telephone enquiries in a polite and professional manner ensuring a prompt response to all queries.
Communicating with internal and external professionals of all levels and disciplines. This communication may be challenging and emotional from Trust staff.
To be involved in the continuing development and use of computer and digital online systems used in the department.
