Job summary
Quality Support Manager
We are looking for candidates with excellent written and verbal communication skills, dedication and the ability to prioritise workload. An understanding of the NHS is essential, plus proven experience of using Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Key attributes for this post include being highly organised; reliable; and working as part of a team.
The successful candidate will work as part of the compliance team working on a variety of projects to monitor and improve quality and key performance indicators, having the opportunity to work with a range of managers and clinicians across the organisation; as such we are looking for applicants who are enthusiastic, have a positive attitude, lead by personal example and can demonstrate professional and personal behaviours that quickly earn the respect of all colleagues Trust wide. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills and demonstrate a commitment to continued self, team, service and organisational development.

Main duties of the job
To ensure evidence is collected through audit, data analysis and monitoring of action plans to ensure the Trust can demonstrate compliance with its policies, procedures and guidelines and performance indicators.
Lead the evidence required to achieve compliance with external bodies, in particular the Care Quality Commission, Clinical Commissioning Group and any other external monitoring bodies.
To coordinate the submission for CQUIN reporting.
Working with the Head of Governance and Governance Team, develop and produce policies, procedures and guidelines, making sure they are implemented, monitored and reviewed to ensure compliance with the Care Quality Commission and any other external monitoring bodies.
