An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Band 3 Community Support Worker to come and join us in our Community Response Teams. We have two teams situated in Stratford upon Avon and Leamington Spa, and we are committed to bringing high quality care to patients at home.
To be successful in this role you must hold a valid driving licence and have access to your own car. Mileage will be paid for work-related travel.
The Community Response Team operates across the hours of 08:30-21:30, 7 days a week, including weekends and bank holidays. Shifts are allocated pro rata, we offer a mix of early, late and long days.
As a Community Support Worker you will be responsible for providing high quality care to patients with long-term conditions, or patients at the end of life, in their own homes. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, enthusiastic, possess excellent communication skills and be a good team player. You must also have the ability to work autonomously and flexibly, and be compassionate and caring in nature.

Main duties of the job
The Band 3 Clinical Support Worker will undertake high quality, caring and compassionate personal care and associated duties under the direction but not direct supervision of the registered staff and working as part of the multi-disciplinary team.
As a Band 3 Clinical Support Worker (CSW) you make a valuable and important contribution to the delivery of high quality healthcare, supporting the registered professional in the delivery of safe, effective, compassionate patient care.
