Main duties of the job
DEPUY SENIOR CLINICAL FELLOW Trauma and Orthopaedics
In collaboration with Deputy Ltd, a fellowship position is available to a suitable candidate (only those with FRCS (Orth) or equivalent), who is capable of undertaking primary lower limb arthroplasty independently, but would like to gain more experience in advanced techniques and revision surgery.
About us
Full registration with the GMC at the time of interview is essential. Clinical experience: at least 5 years' experience at Specialist Registrar level (or equivalent) in Orthopaedics with completion of FRCS (Orth) is essential.

There will be adequate time available to undertake research projects, which will be a requirement of the post and to undertake independent operating lists.
The Arthroplasty unit is one of the most efficient in the country with average length of stay of under 3 days.
The post is available from August 2022 for a period of one year.
