Job summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Administrator to join the busy Solihull school nursing team based is Solihull. This is a full time position; the successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Solihull School Nursing Service and be the regional administrator for an on online health needs assessment tool for school aged children.
You will need to be a flexible, adaptable individual with excellent communication, organisational and computer skills and have experience of using electronic systems. You should be able to work as part of a team as well as being able to work autonomously.
If you are a real "team player" and can respond quickly and easily to changing priorities and demands, this could be the post for you.

Main duties of the job
To provide a high-quality administrative service to the wider Solihull school nursing team.
Be responsible for confidential, accurate and efficient administrative support using established processes and IT systems to meet monthly reporting deadlines.
Support the wider Solihull school nursing team to co-ordinate care pathways to deliver a high quality service to service users within the Solihull community.
Meet the administrative demands of the Solihull school nursing team service in a busy office environment.
To take a leadership role of Band 2 (School Nurse Assistants) in relation to the delivery of The National Child Measurement Programme (NCMP), Ages and Stages Questionnaires (ASQ) and administration tasks.
