Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled EOC clinician to join the EOC Education Team and develop in the area of education and professional development. A substantive part-time (0.5 WTE) position is available. The post holder will already be high performing EOC clinician with a growth mindset, a love of learning and passion to develop others. The role will involve supporting in the delivery of EOC education, and the wider Education Department, in delivery of education, professional development, and learner support.

Main duties of the job

This role will be working in the Education Department to enable SWAST staff to deliver high quality pre-hospital patient care by providing innovative, efficient and effective in-service training and education. This may include delivery in the classroom setting and/or in the workplace to individuals and groups of staff. Provide proactive and dynamic leadership, acting as an educational figurehead, promoting high quality patient care, examination and assessment, values and appropriate care pathways.
