Job summary
This is a post in the IM&T Department providing software services for the 999 service line.
The post holder will be responsible for administration for Trust IM&T 999 systems to ensure they provide improved effectiveness and functionality and can provide safe support for patient care and management of Trust services.
Provide efficient and effective admin support of Information Technology and Computerised systems and services within multiple Clinical Hubs.
Main duties of the job
- Provide technical and operational admin to internal business customers.
- In accordance with change control procedures, assist the Business Systems Manager in evaluating the need for admin changes to the operation of designated systems/modules
- Provide system specialist admin support to the wider IM&T directorate and other Trust directorates as required.
- Troubleshoot user issues, providing appropriate solutions and ensuring system continuity wherever applicable
- Undertake other such duties as may be required from time to time which fall within the scope of the post.
- Provide reports, as required, to the Business Systems Manager, Head of Operation for Clinical Hubs and Director of Information Management, Technology and Communications, covering hardware and software performance and supplier integrity and probity.
