About the Role
As a Mental Health Practitioner within the Staying Well Hub, you will play a vital role in supporting the mental health and emotional wellbeing of our colleagues. This is a varied and rewarding position that combines direct support with strategic wellbeing initiatives, including:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing person-centred support plans
- Providing timely, compassionate mental health support and crisis intervention.
- Designing and delivering psycho-social education programme and wellbeing workshops
- Lead on suicide prevention and postvention initiatives.
- Contributing to the development of a proactive, preventative wellbeing culture across the Trust.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance wellbeing outcomes.
- Support return-to-work planning and long-term sickness cases.
- Promote mental health awareness and deliver training across the organisation.
- Use data to evaluate impact and inform service development.
