Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for 3 whole time equivalent Leadership Coaches to join our progressive and professional People Directorate. Our function provides extremely high quality services to the entire Trust, covering a workforce of over 5,000 across the South West.
A key enabler will be your ability to demonstrate your capability to be adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity, whilst remaining positive and professional in approach at all times
You will act as the core facilitator of the design, delivery and management of the Trust's programme of leadership development
Main duties of the job
You will work with the Head of OD and People Strategy to develop, implement, monitor and review a strategy for the development of leadership capability within the Trust. Designing programmes of study and learning opportunities to support the Trust's leadership development strategic objective.
You will deliver the Trust's core Supportive Leadership Programme to new leaders within the organisation, evaluating effectiveness and making recommendations for future delivery.
You will design and facilitate specific learning and development events and group/team processes using a range of learning methods such as training, workshops, briefings, webinars, eLearning, coaching and mentoring etc.
You will develop, implement, monitor and evaluate a coaching and mentoring system within the Trust.
In collaboration with the wider People Directorate, you will maintain, develop and promote a range of self-directed/accessible learning for staff. Contribute towards the design of e-learning content, resources and make recommendations for continuous improvement of resources
